About Ted Ciporin
Hello! My name is Ted Ciporin. I am a Virginia Realtor specializing in properties at beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. I have been a Virginia resident since 1997, and first became involved with the lake in 2004. For many years, I bought and sold Smith Mountain Lake properties (houses and lots) as a private individual, and later began work as a realtor. Through these experiences, I eventually became something of a Smith Mountain Lake real estate "expert." I have developed a deep knowledge and familiarity with this lake we call home, both personally as a property owner, and as a full-time lake realtor.

I personally hand-pick these contractors, and do so VERY carefully; my own reputation is on the line by recommending them to you. They are all honest, hard-working, and local to Smith Mountain Lake (many have done work at my own personal residence!).
