Renting a House or Condo

The easiest way to rent a Smith Mountain Lake home or condo is to visit one of the websites below, where owners rent directly to lake visitors. Although there are rental management companies with homes available, those properties typically cost more to rent due to the management fees charged to the owners (as high as 22% of rental income), and the selection will be relatively minimal. By renting directly from home owners, you'll have a huge selection to choose from, and can likely rent a great home at a better price.
